Chestnut Hill, PA Baker Job Description

The Fresh Market prefers a knowledge and experience in a retail baking environment with par baked goods. The ideal Baker Job candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory. The Fresh Market will require demonstrated multi-tasking skills. Strong merchandising skills are preferred.
The ideal Baker Job candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within The Fresh Market. The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position. Minimum age for employment is 18.
